These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the ONLIVE platform operated by THE ONLIVE L.L.C. ("ONLIVE", "we", "us", or "our").

By accessing or using ONLIVE, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

ONLIVE provides a digital platform that enables users to:

  • Explore real-world locations through 360deg content
  • Access immersive virtual reality (VR) experiences
  • Interact with content provided by third-party creators ("Partners")

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old or have the permission of a legal guardian to use the platform.

4. User Accounts

If you create an account:

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
  • You agree to provide accurate and complete information
  • You are responsible for all activities under your account

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the platform for unlawful purposes
  • Upload or distribute harmful, offensive, or illegal content
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the platform
  • Interfere with the functionality or security of ONLIVE

6. Content and Intellectual Property

6.1 Platform Content

All platform design, branding, and technology are the property of THE ONLIVE L.L.C.

6.2 Partner Content

Content provided by Partners remains the responsibility of the respective creators.

ONLIVE does not guarantee the accuracy, legality, or quality of third-party content.

6.3 User Rights

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use the platform for personal use only.

7. VR and Digital Experience Disclaimer

ONLIVE provides immersive digital experiences.

By using the platform, you acknowledge that:

  • VR usage may cause discomfort (e.g., motion sickness)
  • Experiences may differ from real-world conditions
  • Use is at your own risk

8. Access and Usage Information

ONLIVE provides immersive digital experiences that allow users to explore real-world locations through interactive 360°, VR, and spatial content.

All experiences published on ONLIVE are freely accessible and do not require subscriptions, premium memberships, or token-based payments to view.

The platform is intended for informational, educational, entertainment, and discovery purposes only.

While ONLIVE continuously strives to provide accurate, high-quality, and technically optimized experiences, no guarantee is made regarding completeness, accuracy, uninterrupted availability, compatibility, or visual performance across all devices, browsers, internet connections, or immersive viewing systems.

Certain experiences may contain moving imagery, immersive navigation, VR environments, or visual transitions that could cause discomfort, dizziness, motion sickness, or disorientation for sensitive individuals.

Users are advised to take appropriate breaks and ensure a safe physical environment while using immersive viewing modes or VR devices.

All content, including but not limited to imagery, videos, immersive tours, branding, graphics, text, design elements, and creator contributions, remains the intellectual property of ONLIVE.

Unauthorized copying, redistribution, commercial usage, modification, or republication of any content without prior written permission is strictly prohibited.

9. Service Availability

We aim to provide uninterrupted access but do not guarantee:

  • Continuous availability
  • Error-free operation
  • Compatibility with all devices

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, THE ONLIVE L.L.C. shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect or consequential damages
  • Loss of data or revenue
  • Issues arising from third-party content

11. Termination

We reserve the right to:
